Frank graduated from Dallas High School in 1964 and Mansfield University in 1968. Frank had an impressive career in wrestling after 4 years as an assistant, he coached Tunkhannock wrestlers for 32 years. He had two Suburban League champions 1978-79. He won the Lackawanna League in 1982. He won the Wyoming Valley League West Division in 1985 and the AAA Tournament Championship in 2003. He was inducted into the PA Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2003. He has 329 career wins. He was at the PWCA from 1973-1982 as District 12 representative. He was also the District 12 Coaches Association Treasurer for 20 years and was the PWCA State Treasurer from 2000-07. He started the academic recognition program in 1995. Frank had an extensive career in officiating wrestling, baseball, and softball. He worked District, Inter District, Regional duals, and numerous tournaments. Baseball: since 1974, many district and PIAA inter district games. Softball: since 1986, District 2 championship games and 2003 state championship AAA game. Little League: numerous championship games. He has served as tournament director for District 2 Jr. High sectional, the Kiwanis Tournament, and the Middle Atlantic District. Frank passed away in 2022, leaving behind his wife Pat and three children, Mark, Tara, and Matt.
