Two Ways to Join: Annual or Lifetime Membership

Chapter membership provides our Hall of Fame with the ability to promote deserving individuals for their accomplishments.  It gives the chapter a voice at the state level and continues our growth locally. This can be provided by two methods of payment. You now have the option to join for a year or more importantly to join for a lifetime.

Join for a Year

  • 1 Year: Annual membership in the Luzerne County Sports Hall of Fame gives you the privilege of voting for possible inductees into our parent organization, the PA Sports Hall of Fame.
  • 1 Year: Nominate athletes for induction for free.
  • This membership is valid for 1 year and is a one-time payment. If you’d like to be billed annually for a reoccurring membership please contact us.

Your Contribution Makes This Possible

  • Two Annual Student/Athlete Scholarships

The Luzerne County Sports Hall of Fame utilizes these monies to provide TWO $500.00 dollar scholarships to deserving student/athletes from schools which our chapter represents.

  • Chapter Contribution to State Hall of Fame

A portion of the membership helps to strengthen our parent organization, The Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame.

  • Chapter Display at Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Airport

And lastly, proceeds secured from a membership purchase, are being used to fund a museum-like display which will be housed at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Airport, and the creation of our updated website.  We hope that when you consider your membership purchase, that you realize how you are helping to promote other deserving athletes from our chapter, and giving us a voice at the state level that will be remembered for a lifetime.
