Comorosky played in the major leagues from 1929 to 1938. He spent most of his years with the Pittsburg Pirates where the outfielder twice reached the .300 circle, batting .321 in 1929 and .313 in 1930. Comorosky lead the league with 23 triples in 1930 andheld a .285 lifetime batting erage. He had 796 hits during his major league career. He died in 1951 at the age of 47.
