At Berwick High School Bo quarterbacked Berwick to a 13-0 USA Today National Championship in 1983.  He was All Conference in 1982-1983, Berwick MVP 1982-1983, All State DB 1983, high school All American 1983 and Big 33 1984.  Bo earned a scholarship to West Virginia University, where he was 1st team All Big East DB 1988, Almanac All American 1988 and Defensive MVP that same year.  Bo was inducted into the West Virginia University Hall Sports Hall of Fame. Following graduation, Bo was drafted the 157 pick, round 6 in the 1989 NFL draft by the Houston Oilers.  He played there through the 1994 season. In 1995 Bo moved to the San Diego Chargers, becoming the second leading tackler behind Junior Seau. He played for the Cincinnati Bengals 1996-1997, leading the team in tackles (*119 tackles in 19986).  In 1998 Bo played for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Currently Bo is the Athletic Director at Berwick Area High School.
