A 1967 Wyalusing Valley graduate and Rochester Junior College, Rochester, Minnesota in 1969.
Ike was a three sport star at Wyalusing. Thee years varsity wrestling, where he was sectional champ in 1967 and runner-up in 1966. He played three years varsity football and four years varsity track. Miscellaneous sports accomplishments: three year State President of Milford Little League Baseball, two years and co-founder of Milford Pee Wee Wrestling Club. He coached five years of wrestling there and coached Little League Baseball for four years, coached and played Slow-Pitch Softball for 10 years, and held school records in 100, 200, and 440 in 1967.
He served 6 years in the Iowa Army National Guard. He has had extensive coaching experiences: 2 years assistant wrestling coach at Skaneateles High School, 3 years assistant coach Auburn High School, and 1 year as head coach there. Presently coaching girl’s softball at Ft. Bison, NY.
Ike qualified for junior college wrestling nationals in the 1968-69 season. He wrestled varsity for 2 years at Rochester Junior College, and one year varsity football.
Ike resides in Port Byron, NY with his wife Debbie, and daughters Taylor and Tricia.
