About This Inductee

Tim started excelling in basketball at a young age at Gate of Heaven school. The 8th grade team became Diocese champs. Tim was a four-year basketball starter at Bishop O’Reilly High School. The teams were three-time District champions and won back to back State championships in 2003-2004 and 2004-2005. He was named 2005 Class A Pennsylvania Player of the Year. He was twice named to the Wyoming Valley Conference First Team and was named the WVC League MVP in 2005. He was also named first team All-State twice. He scored 31 points in the State championship game in season 2003-2004 and 27 points in the State championship games in season 2004-2005. He scored over 1800 points during his career at Bishop O’Reilly. At Towson University he was named Colonial Athletic Association First Team All-Rookie (2005-2006) and started all 32 gam as a freshman. He was named CBS Sportsline Rookie of the Year in the CAA (2006-2007). Following his graduation from Towson in 2009, Tim coached Holy Redeemer from 2010 to 2014 where the teams were two-time District Champs. Tim is part of the family business at Bonner Chevrolet and enjoys playing golf. He resides in the Forty Fort area. He is the son of Tom and Eileen Crossin and has two sisters, Kelly Erin.
